Connect Ochra. Edit in your Claude.

Your own Claude plans the edit with you and writes it. Ochra takes in your footage, finds the words, the shots and the pauses, and renders the finished video into your library. You pay in credits for the analysis, the previews and the final video; anything Claude makes for it on Ochra, like music or b-roll, costs what it costs on the site.

How it works

Connect Ochra to Claude
Add the Ochra connector once, in Claude or Claude Code. Cut's tools come with it, as their own set.
Add your footage
Ask Claude to start a cut. It gives you a link: open it on your phone or computer and add your videos.
Say what you want
Claude reads the transcript and the shots, shows you previews, and renders the video when you are happy.

Claude — web, desktop and phone

Press Add to Claude. Claude opens its “Add custom connector” window with Ochra filled in.
Choose Sign in now and Use Claude’s published identity, then press Connect.
Ochra’s sign-in page opens. Sign in, name the connection, choose what Claude may use, and press Allow.
Start a new chat, turn Ochra on in Claude’s tools menu, and ask for what you want.

Claude Code

Run this in your terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user ochra https://www.ochra.io/api/mcp
In Claude Code, type /mcp, pick ochra, and choose Authenticate.
Your browser opens the same Ochra sign-in page: name the connection, choose what it may use, and press Allow.

ChatGPT and other apps

In the app, add a custom connector or MCP server and paste the server address above.
If it asks how to connect, choose sign-in (OAuth). No key is needed.

What it costs

Footage analysis: 2 credits per started minute of footage, at least 2 per analysis.
Preview: 1 credit per preview.
Final video: 2 credits per started 15 seconds, up to 3 minutes at 1080p.
Final video with 3D (WebGL) graphics: 4 credits per started 15 seconds.
Starting a cut, adding footage, reading the guide, checking a cut and viewing frames cost no credits.

Analysis and renders are charged on what was actually measured, never more than was held when they started. Music, voice-overs or b-roll Claude makes for you cost what they cost on the site. Buy credits.

Limits

Finished videos up to 3 minutes long, at up to 1080p and 30 frames a second.
Shapes: 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:5.
Each file up to 2 GB and 20 minutes; up to 20 files in a cut.
Up to 10 GB of footage kept at once. A cut is kept for 30 days after it was last changed; finished videos stay in your library.
