Your raw footage, and anything you want used in the edit. Send them as links. A Google Drive folder or file is the easiest, because the form checks that we can open it before you send. Links from other services, such as Dropbox or WeTransfer, are accepted too, but can't be checked in advance. Add music, your logo, a script or a video you like the same way — up to 20 links in one request. If you'd rather not make a file public, the form gives you our editing account to share it with instead.

We deliver horizontal 16:9 for YouTube, vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, portrait 4:5 for Instagram feed and square 1:1, and you choose the shapes on the request form. Each service's form lists the platforms it edits for. Videos come as MP4 files, subtitles as an SRT file when you ask for them, and a motion-graphics order can add a transparent MOV overlay.

Hours, not days. Vlog editing usually takes 7–14 hours, UGC video editing usually takes 2–3 hours, video ad editing usually takes 3–4 hours and motion graphics & animation usually takes 4 hours. The form shows the time for your exact order before you send it, and we confirm it once we've looked at your footage. No job is promised in under 2 hours or over 18. Rush is offered on jobs over 4 hours: about 60% of the time, for about 1.5× the credits.

You pay in credits. Vlog editing starts from 500 credits (≈ $28.56), UGC video editing starts from 400 credits (≈ $22.85), video ad editing starts from 800 credits (≈ $45.69) and motion graphics & animation starts from 1,000 credits (≈ $57.11), and the form shows the range for your order before you send it. Generate holds the top of the estimate from your balance. When we deliver, you're charged the final amount and the rest comes back — all of it if you ask us to cancel before we start, or if we can't take the job.

Yes. One round of changes is included, and it completes automatically 7 days after delivery. Ask for your changes from your request page; a change round is due back within 4–6 hours, depending on the service.

You can ask us to cancel from your request page at any time before we deliver. Ask us to cancel before we start and every credit comes back. Once work has started, we'll confirm what comes back before anything changes. If we can't take a job, every credit held for it comes back.

Usually as a Google Drive link: the finished files sit in a folder anyone with the link can view, and you open it from your request page. We email you when it's ready. Files stay available for 7 days after delivery — save a copy to keep them.

Once delivered, the finished files are yours, on the same terms as anything else you make here. When you ask our team to edit your material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it — including the likeness and voice of every person in it, and any music. Pressing Generate is that confirmation.
