Your raw footage, as a Google Drive folder; if you have them: your intro or outro, logo, music, notes or a script; a vlog or reel you like, as a reference (optional). Send them as links. A Google Drive folder or file is the easiest, because the form checks that we can open it before you send. Links from other services, such as Dropbox or WeTransfer, are accepted too, but can't be checked in advance. Add music, your logo, a script or a video you like the same way — up to 20 links in one request. If you'd rather not make a file public, the form gives you our editing account to share it with instead.

A finished full video, ready to post; reels in the shape each platform wants; captions, plus a chapter list and a thumbnail if you want them. Shapes: Horizontal 16:9 (YouTube), Vertical 9:16 (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), Portrait 4:5 (Instagram feed) and Square 1:1.

From 500 credits (≈ $28.56). A full video from 500 credits; reels only from 300. Full video + reels: usually 800–1,300 credits (≈ $45.69–$74.25); Full video only: usually 500–800 credits (≈ $28.56–$45.69); Reels only: usually 750–1,200 credits (≈ $42.84–$68.54). Generate holds the top of the estimate from your balance. When we deliver, you're charged the final amount and the rest comes back — all of it if you ask us to cancel before we start, or if we can't take the job.

Yes. One round of changes is included, and it completes automatically 7 days after delivery. Ask for your changes from your request page; a change round is due back within 4–6 hours, depending on the service.

You can ask us to cancel from your request page at any time before we deliver. Ask us to cancel before we start and every credit comes back. Once work has started, we'll confirm what comes back before anything changes. If we can't take a job, every credit held for it comes back.

Usually as a Google Drive link: the finished files sit in a folder anyone with the link can view, and you open it from your request page. We email you when it's ready. Files stay available for 7 days after delivery — save a copy to keep them.

Once delivered, the finished files are yours, on the same terms as anything else you make here. When you ask our team to edit your material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it — including the likeness and voice of every person in it, and any music. Pressing Generate is that confirmation.
