Your footage, photos, screen recordings or slides, as a Google Drive folder; if you have them: a script or notes, music, your logo, a video you like as a reference. Send them as links. A Google Drive folder or file is the easiest, because the form checks that we can open it before you send. Links from other services, such as Dropbox or WeTransfer, are accepted too, but can't be checked in advance. Add music, your logo, a script or a video you like the same way — up to 20 links in one request. If you'd rather not make a file public, the form gives you our editing account to share it with instead.

A finished video in the shape and length you pick; captions or a subtitle file, music and a clean mix; short vertical clips cut from it and a thumbnail, if you want them. Shapes: Horizontal 16:9 (YouTube), Vertical 9:16 (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), Portrait 4:5 (Instagram feed) and Square 1:1.

From 150 credits (≈ $8.57). From 150 credits for up to 5 minutes, then about 30 a minute; a 10-minute video from 300. 1 video: usually 300–500 credits (≈ $17.13–$28.56); Video + 3 shorts: usually 450–700 credits (≈ $25.70–$39.98); Square for LinkedIn: usually 300–500 credits (≈ $17.13–$28.56). Generate holds the top of the estimate from your balance. When we deliver, you're charged the final amount and the rest comes back — all of it if you ask us to cancel before we begin editing, or if we can't take the job.

Usually 12–14 hours; the form shows the time for your exact order before you send it. Rush is offered on jobs over 4 hours: about 60% of the time, for about 1.5× the credits.

Yes. One round of changes is included. If you don't approve a delivery or ask for changes within 48 hours, it completes automatically. Ask for your changes from your request page; a change round is due back within 4–12 hours, depending on the service.

Ask us to cancel before we deliver: if we haven't begun editing, every credit comes back; once we have, we'll confirm what comes back before anything changes. You ask from your request page. If we can't take a job, every credit held for it comes back.

Usually as a Google Drive link: the finished files sit in a folder anyone with the link can view, and you open it from your request page. We email you when it's ready. Files stay available for 7 days after delivery — save a copy to keep them.

Once delivered, the finished files are yours, on the same terms as anything else you make here. When you ask our team to edit your material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it — including the likeness and voice of every person in it, and any music. Pressing Generate is that confirmation.
